1. Are pets allowed in the property? Yes, we are happy to welcome your four-legged friends. Pets stay for free!
2. What are the check-in and check-out times? Check-in is available from 16:00 to 23:00 and check-out is required by 11:00. If you need flexible hours, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
3. Does the property offer free Wi-Fi? Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi throughout the property to ensure that you can stay connected during your stay.
4. Is parking available? Yes, our property has free indoor parking for guests.
5. What payment methods do you accept? We accept credit cards and payments via PayPal.
6. Is breakfast included in the stay? We do not offer breakfast options because we are not a B&B and we are not allowed by law to provide food or drinks, a service normally carried out by Bed & Breakfasts.
7. Is it good for families? Yes, our property is family friendly. We offer services for children on request (e.g. cot and high chair).
8. Do children stay for free? Yes, children up to 12 years old stay for free. When entering the number of guests, please do not include children up to 12 years old. Also, a cot for younger children is available on request free of charge.
9. Is it accessible for people with disabilities? The structure is located on the first floor and can be reached via an external spiral staircase. Unfortunately, it is not accessible to people with disabilities.
10. How far is the property from the beach? The property is 50 meters from the beach and can be reached directly from the internal parking via private access.
11. How far is public transport? Saline Joniche train station is 8 km away while Lazzaro station is 4 km away. We do not recommend staying without your own car as the train station and the bus stop are far away.
12. How far is Reggio Calabria airport? 18 Km.

14. Nearby services? You'll find a convenience store just a few minutes away and supermarkets and restaurants a five-minute drive away.
15. Is it allowed to organize parties? No, the property rules do not allow parties.
16. What is the policy on payments and security deposits? 10% is due at the time of booking and the remaining 90% to be paid 7 days before arrival. The deposit of 10% is refunded if the cancellation is made 7 days before arrival or before. No refund is due if the booking is cancelled later. No security deposit is required.
